Here, specially for my dear friend, Desiree, is a list of 30 ATM locations in Davao City ~ where she may use her new debit-card.
Viewed 'large', it should be quite legible. I was astounded that her local bank refused to open an account for her, yet I was able to open an account for her in 5 minutes, at Barclays Bank in the U.K. ~ with a debit card she can use in 80 countries.
