Smallpox vaccination is today from many years receiving only in special cases. There's no exists routine smallpox vaccination for citziens, in any countries. Introduction of the vaccine is done - like in this picture -only by the bifurcated needle, never as injection by syringe. Then the reaction leaves for life the characteristic circle form scars.
