Feedback please!

Hi everyone

First of all a big thanks to the amazing Dot and Grace from Cupcakes by Design for the fairy tutorial and for letting me model my figurine in their style.

This is meant to be a pregnant friend, and I was really hoping to please get some help as to how to improve it.

Next time I would-

1. Make the head smaller

2. Align the head better

3. Fix the angle of the arm (its meant to be aligned on the tummy)

Is there anything else I should do?
