Star Wars "Uncertain ways"
Chapter 1 – „The gangs of Coruscant“
Part 5 – „I am ready for the trials !“
The more curious and more thoughtful Padawans of the order might have sought up any word ever offered by the lips of a Jedi Master like Kal Amandis, but Jona certainly didn’t. Though she liked Master Amandis a lot and was sure that he was the best swordsman among the Jedi, even a tiny bit better than her own Master, she did not listen to his philosophical talk on the importance of the holocron, holocrons in general and the Jedi Order’s history. A lifelike imagination of Roba sausages was everything Jona’s mind needed to be satisfied. When the talk had finally ended, Jona was suddenly woken from her daydream by her Master. „You were too late, again.“ He said, more disappointed than angry. „I am sorry Master, I‘ve got no excuse.“, she replied. Leaving the conference room, they slowly strolled down the hallway. „However, you did well today. Another mission completed perfectly.“, her Master continued. „A simple and quite boring mission, one has to admit. A more difficult and interesting task would maybe finally convince the council of my abilities.“ Jona added. „The council and me are very well aware of your talents. But it is not yet the time. More interesting tasks will come one day. For now it is our job to keep the peace up here on Coruscant and catching this gun dealing Rodians was a huge step.“. „Not that again, Master ! Keeping the peace up here is like mowing the temple‘s gardens. It is not a big deal ! Why don’t we get any missions beyond Coruscant ?“ Jona asked angrily. „I can just tell you that the council, which I am part of, if you forgot, intensively discuss any mission and assign it to the Jedi most prepared for it. Recently those tasks did not require the two of us, not even me alone, you have to accept that.“ Master Marogon hissed. „Still, you could atleast let me face the trials ! I am ready for them, I know it !“ Jona said, trying to keep calm. „No ! Not yet ! Practise yourself in patience, my very young Padawan !“ Whoops! She seemed to have upset her master a bit too much. Using the words ‚my very young Padawan‘ mostly implied that he was angry or at least disappointed. Jona went silent and they walked on. Changing direction to another hallway, Jona was once again distracted, not by Roba sausages this time, but by the amazing architecture of the temple. One of the first things she could remember from her time as a youngling, was walking around the temple for hours, looking up at the seemingly never ending pillars and the decorated walls. She knew that she must have annoyed some of the older Jedi gravely, but no one had ever disciplined her for it. She was glad for being chosen for this life and also proud of being a part of this tight knit, large family, which the order seemed to be. Her master eventually calmed down and started talking to her again. „It was a long day. As I mentioned before, you did well today. You may get yourself some rest. Meanwhile I will bring the holocron to the archives. I’ll meet you for evening meditation after dinner.“ he said as they reached the elevator., „Yes, Master, thank you.“ Jona replied and happily walked off to one of the temple’s canteens. Finally, she could fetch some Roba sausages !

The fifth part of Uncertain ways. This is one of my favorite parts so far. I always wanted to build one of the Jedi temple's hallways, but whenever I tried it in the past, I ran out of bricks. Now I finally managed to build it and it fits perfectly into the story. The next part is completed aswell and will be up soon, too.
Hope you like it !
Also, have a look at Jackson of Garheim's new story "Jedi Padawan". It's really nice !
