This is the process that visitor typically go through when exposed to a new brand or service. As the service provider it is our job to give our patrons everything they need to make the transition to each stage as easy as possible.

 

With a laser focus on making the group at the top of the pyramid as big as possible, we will no doubt lose some people on the way, but here's the positive site...they probably weren't your ideal customer anyway.
