This sculpture is called "The Saint" - One of the themes of a tarot set. It stands right on the border between Switzerland and Germany at the Lake Constance. The old border with the fence has been torn down last year and was replaced with a "border of art", 12 sculptures of a local artist symbolizing the tarot card set. Wonderful idea...and a lot nicer than fences.
