Chipping Norton Valentine's Day Noticing - Crocheted Valentine's Day Wraps

On the day before Valentines day, all of these crocheted wraps and hearts appeared on posts, benches and railings in Chipping Norton Town Centre.

 

There was no mention of who put them up or why. They simply had the message "Happy Saint Valentines Day" attached to them.

Done
