Bapu Loves Music

This statue of Gandhi stands by the beach in Pondicherry. It is a beautiful beach with a lovely promenade. Modern street lamps light the walk way. Colonial buildings face the Bay of Bengal, but I loved seeing this statue of Gandhi the most. The children were not shy about their affection for "Papa" either. They loved playing for the camera too.
