Ghost Stories

People who tell ghost stories while on camping trips should be punished by living in my head for a substantial amount of time. I think I was well into my teens before I was fine with going to the outhouse by myself after dark. Boo!

 

It's October first! Those who enjoy good scares and costumes should head on over to The Haunters and Haunted for 33 days of scariness!

 

I was going to carry this one out in my bed proper but then a number of scary movies flashed through my head (or at least their previews because I haven't actually seen a scary movie in ages) and I decided I should try and get this done while in a sleeping bag. It's a bit of a challenge to get a scythe rigged into place without an extra set of hands!

 

The Hereios are still in bed. Until I started feeling my age, I preferred my tent to any bed. I still love my tent and camping but I just don't sleep well on the ground anymore... :(

 

I love that this tent and sleeping bag actually match.
