Challenge-17 15 Minutes of Fame
This challenge was to do a tile from start to finish including dots, strings, tangles and shading in 15 minutes. Not that easy to do. On the left one I set the microwave timer and finished the tile; and went to look to see how much time I had left. Horrors! The timer was set wrong and didn't go off. So I don't think I did it in 15 minutes. I wised up a little on the second one, and wrote down about 6 tangle names on a scrap of paper, then I set the timer. I did get it done in 15 minutes with about 2 seconds to spare. However, I have to say I didn't find it relaxing or zen-like at all. I felt rushed and pressured. I prefer to take my time. It's also hard to be real deliberate, drawing slowly when you feel you have a deadline. I'm glad I tried it though.
