Happy Weight Bench Monday!
I got this weight set from my kids a couple years ago when I turned 40…some people laughed about that thinking that they were trying to tell me something :-) Anyway, I did start a weight lifting program back then but it only lasted a few weeks and then I quit. But I had said to myself that once I was finished my 365 I would start weight lifting again and so I started last week, working out three days a week. Today was the beginning of week two and I plan on keeping it up even when I don’t feel like it. I had lifted weights about eight years ago and really liked it but quit about five months into it after I had a bad fall on my horse and couldn’t weight lift for quite a while and besides I was working on a horse farm three days a week and was getting a big enough work out doing chores there.
