Anchovy Side Dish

This recipe seemed so strange to me the first time I visited Maangchi's website. I said to myself, "Huh? I thought they were just for stock!" It took me awhile to get around to making this, because I was very skeptical. But (funny how things work out this way) it is now my favorite recipe! It is so addicting!

 

Sometimes, I toss these with steamed vegetables (usually radish and zucchini) and rice to make it a meal. I want to eat it all the time!
