I first met Kashuu at breakfast and asked her if I might photograph her later as she worked on her wonderful calligraphy...she graciously posed for me and we arranged for me to send her the pictures -she then said she wanted to offer me a gift in return and inscribed my name in japanese calligraphy. What a charming and gracious lady
