Higgins the Butler

During the week I was lucky enough to be taught by the wonderful Kaysie Lackey (of The People's Cake, Seattle) at The Whimsical Cakehouse in Sydney. This cake is the result of 3 very long days of gruelling hard work, lots of laughs and even a few tears.
