Fort Meigs - Blockhouse
This blockhouse is in the northwest corner of Fort Meigs and was made of timbers cut to twelve by twelve then layed double making the walls twenty-four inches thick. Here the Fort's walls extend both south and east from the blockhouse. The Maumee River can be
seen to the north from the north wall of the Fort.
