Hanging Out at the River

The local winter hang out for local ducks and geese is near the sewer treatment plant where the

the water hardly ever freezes over in the winter. In this picture half of the river is frozen over and covered with several inches of snow; however, half the river is still unfrozen for those who like to take a winter swim.
