Overcoming Abuse

For the last 6 months, this World Vision supported centre for children who were sexually abused provides high-quality, medium to long-term care, for 114 girls aged 4 to 14. Caring for girls included safe accommodation, nutritious foods, medical and health assistance, legal support, equal opportunity education (formal and non-formal), psycho-social support, and frequent opportunity for playing.
