Adulting is hard. So many choices and decisions to be made each day.
I’m a big fan of routine because it reduces the number of decisions I have to make. It’s much easier to eat the same thing every day and follow a routine each morning and evening than to constantly make choices. Although they may not be obvious, I also tend to fall into outfit habits to make dressing less tedious. Lately, I’ve been reaching for boots and blazers and the color red. Just give me my marching orders and I’m ready to go make decisions that matter.
