Each time I present the How to Deal with Difficult People course, I become more aware of the times I’ve been a difficult person.
Today’s seminar was How to Deal with Difficult People. It’s one of my favorites because the stories are so interesting. Who doesn’t love to talk about a difficult person in their life? The surprise ending is that we’ve all demonstrated some of those same behaviors.
