Herbed goat cheese and pomegranate seeds

 

My contribution to our Toastmasters club potluck turned out much better than I expected.

 

The pomegranate cheese ball was a surprising success. I blended goat cheese with garlic, parsley, chives, and rosemary. Then, I rolled it into a ball and pressed pomegranate seeds into the surface. It looked too pretty to eat. But once we started eating it, we couldn’t stop. The savory cheese, juxtaposed against sweet pomegranate seeds, was amazing.

 

Oh, yeah, and this is what I wore. (I certainly did not wear this to mess around with pomegranate seeds.)
