One of the last...

I haven't been able to track down what the absolute last KCS "White Ghost" was, but when I photographed this one in August of 2010, it was already an endangered species. Here, the KCS 2025 is seen working on the west end of Kansas City's Knoche Yard. By May of the next year, it would be wearing a fresh coat of Southern Belle paint.
