This afternoon, word got out that the Lackawanna heritage unit was leading a colorful consist on a westbound coal empty (E-MHSCKM) through the Kansas City area. Cloudy weather be damned, something like this rolling through mid-day on the weekend got ALL of the local fans out to shoot.
