Replacement railings

I am cheered up each time I pass this section of a terrace of houses on Glasgow's Sauchiehall Street. At some stage in the past, the railings of the house on the right were replaced. Whoever did the work was probably a plumber because pipes have been used, so essentially we have a very large central heating radiator. Wonderfully eccentric!
