Gordon Smith last used this letter template in October 2018. He may well need to re-read the GDPR legislation; on the face of it, this letter drives a coach and horses through its provisions and intention. It is as well to be suspicious of an official-looking letter which omits the business address - it is neither accidental nor benign.
