6 Good Standing Verifications YouTube

It should be noted that because YouTube’s Content Verification Program was triggered only this last week, (26th July 2014) for the first time ever, by SME, regarding the Bracket Boys’ 5 years running unencumbered complementary YouTube Support Video to J.Salmon’s MGMT “Kids” Video www.youtube.com/watch?v=bIEOZCcaXzE

I decided to delete my clip, although it was never monetised to me and only to MGMT “Kids” Music Administrators now triggering YouTube’s CVP. The reason I have decided not to counter claim is that J.Salmon, MGMT themselves and I thought, in good faith, any MGMT Music Administrator, like SME, knew the clip raised major awareness for the Victoria RED CROSS Bushfire Appeal, as acknowledged in the comments section of my clip, by the leading Australia TV Network/s involved with the Telephon Appeal. So in respect to all those affected by the fires, who loved that MGMT song, as we all did and in order that I get no strike on my YouTube Good Standing Verification that has not been striked in seven years, I have deleted the clip! I will ask, openly though, that SME, any Music Administrator of MGMT “Kids” (who all benefited from my clip) and Google YouTube ensure my Good Standing Verification remains, because this background has been known to all parties from the start, who also knew my good faith of never infringing with the clip which, as per all my approved Music Video Tributes, was never monetised to me.

Since posting this Flickr notice, YouTube have given the chrisMsimon YouTube 1 copyright strike and on accepting their invitation hypertext markup just sent by YouTube Help Centre, LLC 901 Cherry Avenue, San Bruno, California 94066, United States of America to contact SME to consider retracting my MGMT Tribute takedown, the 'retract' link played a Google-YouTube message that said: "This page isn't available. Sorry about that. Try searching for something else". So if SME sees this notice, please consider that retraction and certainly, we know Google YouTube have seen this notice and by not allowing their "retract" link to work, Fair Trading would be to remove their 1 copyright strike, we hope? (Since Bracket Boys both posted the original MGMT Tribute thinking SME had accepted it in good faith, since they allowed it to play for five years without any copyright strike from YouTube and Bracket Boys deleted it in good faith, thinking this would avoid any copyright strike, that YouTube have still given and closed their link inviting Bracket Boys to ask SME to be kind enough to retract. Seems an unfair content practice?).
