Somethings not right

To state the obvious, there is no way in hell there should be an SD40-2 on the ZEMCH, EM for East Minneapolis, MN. Second, it SHOULD have lead out of town yesterday, but the crew b/o'd it and turned it. And with all of that wacky stuff listed, it just HAPPENED to be sporting its original Can Opener.
