Simba and Sylvester

Hi from the Mumby Family!

 

I have been meaning to write you to update you on how things are going with our 2 new big boys we adopted at the Fee Waived Adoptathon. My husband and I were the first in line that Saturday morning and were very excited to get Richie Rich and Sylvester. Richie never answered to his name so we changed it back to Simba, which we found out was his original name anyway. We have a 16 year old cat, Jester, that we have been working on the introductions. Of course Jester is the Queen and is very sure to let the boys know every chance she gets. It doesn’t stop them from being fun, loving and feisty! Simba even thought he’d try to coax Jester into playing one day and pounced on her. She batted him a few times on the head and told him no.. he didn’t care he just flopped on his side and took a nap instead! We are so happy and pleased with our boys and feel it was the best choice!!
