Window Visitor Prior Uno Anniversary

The building was old and rustic. It didn't have electricity, plumbing, or even clear window glass which you could see through. There were very few colors anywhere. Whites, blues, and a couple of other pale colors were about all I could see... if you don't count the unpainted browns and grays. I don't believe they had many colors of paint back then, back when this house was built.

You see, this was an old homestead house. This was the way civilized people once lived before we got our computers, microwaves, central heat, fast food, and indoor toilets. I was inside. Carol was out. When she peered-in the window, I saw color, her exuberant color, and I captured the moment.

I've mentioned about the coast-to-coast trip we took our first year of marriage. This too is from those times so many long years ago. Things were good back then. They were fun. Well, they still are... but in a different type of way now.
