Window, Cathedral of St. Nicolas

The Cathedral of St. Nicolas in Fribourg, built in the Gothic style, dominates the center of the medieval town of Fribourg (Switzerland).

The stained-glass windows, created by the Polish painter Jozef Mehoffer, constitutes one of the most important collections on the European continent in the field of religious Art Nouveau stained-glass windows.

The series was completed in the 1970s by the works of the French painter Alfred Manessier.
