Filet mignon with 2 vegetables (1 cooked - 1 raw)
Filet mignon, served medium rare with a delicate, thin brown gravy and accompanied by two vegetables. The brussel sprouts are steamed. The zucchini is served raw in a honey & lemon dressing. Mix 2 tablespoons honey with 2 tablespoons apple vinegar until silky, then pour it on the raw zucchini. A carbohydrate is not necessary on a daily basis. If you're battling the bulge, you owe it to yourself to eliminate potatoes, pasta, rice and bread and have one of them perhaps 2 or 3 times per week but not on a daily basis.
