I spent Saturday and Sunday doing photos for the club during the annual long track meet over the weekend. Photos of all of the racers with a long lens on Saturday, then shooting with wide angle lens on Sunday for a different point of view and more environmental shots.
This building will be torn down in the spring to make way for a new facility and expanded better track for both speed skating and track and field. The club asked me to spend some time getting photos of the club building as it was the last meet ever there.
Some of my photo goals for 2018 are to keep getting good family photos including the kid sports and do some more local architectural type shots. I think this fits all of those categories.
