They have started the rebuild of the Victoria traffic bridge so Julia and I headed down to take a peek and do some photos. While I was scouting locations by the river side I turned around to find her perched on this rock. I think she made the photo. Last year her class covered some key Saskatoon history where the original bridge on this site is a key part of the formation of the city. She has been quite upset that the city is "destroying history", and I think her surveillance of the scene partly communicates that,
