When the doc asked him "how are you going to pay for this botox treatment?" Bruno replied "I'll give you more bones than you can ever imagine"
The doc started on the left side of his face then realized that Bruno was being literal, and not using the term bones as a slang term for money.

Ok, the story is a little far fetched because his night time bones are always consumed with great enthusiasm and never saved for another day. That and Bruno knows that he's handsome just the way he is.
I put this together as a farcical start to a Studio 26 assignment on Itten's contrasts. I was going for happy & sad here. It's a little photoshop magic of 2 similar pictures of Bruno in the snow.
