overdosin' the morning
I came across this guy at around 7am in downtown Winterpark, FL. He was slumped over a pile of oxycodones on the sidewalk. After watching him for a minute (noticing that most of the people walking by were pretending to ignore him) i tried to wake him up. He was unresponsive, drooling, and had an extremely low pulse, so I decided to call 911. One responding EMT said problems like these have become " increasingly prevalent."
