Constructor 30.25, C189 FWL

The T45 cabbed Leyland Constructor eight wheeler was never that popular with operators as an eight-wheeled flat and were quite a rare sight on our roads. I was wondering if this 1986 model; C189 FWL; was an ex.British Leyland/Rover Group vehicle on that Oxford registration. It was apparently last on the road in October 1999, not a bad innings.
