Cute Parrot - Victoria, British Columbia

I came upon this cute parrot during one of my visits to Victoria's splendid Butterfly Garden. This is a new parrot for me. If anyone can identify what type of parrot this is, I would appreciate it. The photo was taken in June 2023, with my trusty Olympus digital camera. Enjoy and stay well.
