Banana Flower - Vancouver, British Columbia

I came across this lovely banana flower during a recent visit to the Bloedel Conservatory. The flower was about 15 feet off the ground, so I could not get very close. However, I thought it looked quite attractive against the tropical green foliage. The photo was taken in October 2016, with my trusty Olympus digital camera. Enjoy.
