This is, obviously, the figurehead. It's a replacement made at Keathbank Mills in Blairgowrie. I've an idea this may have been on show at the mill when I visited it with my wife and parents rather a long time ago.

 

I'm pretty sure Keathbank isn't a specialist workshop any more.

 

Two were made. One's in place as you see here, the second one is inside the vessel.
