The TARDIS at Spinner's End

Hand embroidery on black satin. Worked in satin stitch, stem stitch, chain stitch, and french knots.

 

I have always wanted to embroider the sitting room at Spinner's End, and the Fandom Mashup Challenge at Fandom in Stitches finally prompted me to do it!

 

I used Soma's pattern for the TARDIS available at the above website.

 

I don't really know if this fits the Challenge rules; feel free to omit this entry, Jen. :)

 

Yes, that's 9's sonic screwdriver on the table.

 

This piece is about 6-1/2" wide x 4" tall.
