When you try your best but you don’t succeed, when you get what you want but not what you need, when you feel so tired but you can’t sleep, stuck in reverse.

 

And the tears come streaming down your face, when you lose something you can’t replace, when you love someone but it goes to waste, could it be worse?

 

Lights will guide you home

 

My friends, my family, my dreams and achievements are my lights. They surround me, give me warmth, faith and belief. I just feel so thankful and grateful for everything that has happened to me…all the opportunities.

 

My biggest inspiration is my father. It is his work ethic, his determination the reason why my life is the way it is. Of course, everyone’s life would be different if it wasn’t for your parents. However, my life would be unimaginably different.

I would probably be living in rural China, left school at 16, set up a stall on the streets to make a business ..who knows

 

For everything that has happened to me, the incidents when I was little…I feel that there is a reason for me to be here. As childlike as it may be…I feel like I am meant to do something in the world.

 

He makes me realise that I should put my all in everything, and to chase after my dreams. There are so many things i have planned for in the future and things i want to achieve. the world is my oyster :)
