This one is out to y'all modern military boys and airsofters...

 

What is more accurate for American military; mounting on lifted rails or directly on the gun.. rail.

AND/OR

Which looks awesomer/is moar beast?

 

I'm specifically interested in big telescopic scopes for M16s and little reflex (?) scopes for M4s.

 

/knows nothing about modern weapons.
