70 Frisky Mk.1 Family Three (1959)
Frisky Mk.1 Family Three (1959) Captain Raymond Flower originally attempted to set up and build a small racing car, the Pheonix in Egypt but plans were halted by the Suez crisis. On return to England he approached Meadows with his light people car and when Meadows decided to develope it Gordon Bedson joined the project to utilise his chassis expertise. Henry Meadows offered production facilities at the Meadows factory in Wolverhampton (famous for the supply of propriety engines). Naming the car company Frisky.with a small four wheeled Villiers powered Coupe and Sport. The Frisky Family Three with an Excelsior Twin although most had a 197 cc Villiers engine appeared in 1958 and became the companies best seller. Long after Flower had departed from Meadows and the Frisky project he attempt to raise interest in Egypt. Later he helped Egpt develope the Rameses an NSU and later Fiat based car
