The Nine was a well equiped little car fitted with hydralic brakes and a four speed gearbox and was the companies three bearing four cylinder companion to the Hornet. Power came from a 1018 cc engine with bevel drive OHC engine with thermosiphon cooling and SU carburettor giving approx. 60 mph. The car had a 90 inch wheelbase with semi-elliptics all round there were hydraulic brakes and a foiur speed syncromesh gearbox a top speed of 60mph all at a cost of £170
