The last incarnation of the much loved Baby Austin, introduced in August 1936 for the 1937 model year, with semi-Girling brakes and a 17bhp three main bearing engine. Closed cars have winding rear quarter windows, that cured the rust traps of the older Rubies.

Full Girling rod operated brakes from June 1938 with production continueing until March 1939.
