A friend took this picture in Singapore at the tekka market one evening.
Her intention was to take a picture of the shop houses there. She's very sure that there was no smoke, steam, mist or anything in the air while taking this pic(if there were smoke in front of her she will not take a picture). All pictures that were taken before and after this pic turned out to be normal and fine so her camera is not faulty.
Is it a group of passing spirits?
