Illustrated is an example of Sisterlocks being retightened. Notice only the new growth portion of the hair is retighened with only the Sisterlocks tool. No grease, gel or any softening agents are used on the hair. This retightening process is generally done every 4 to 8 weeks just like a touch up for a perm. The process of retightening takes about 3 to 4 hours and ranges in price from $75 and up.
