STAY HOME! - 41/52
A few weeks ago, I posted to the group saying that I would miss "ONE" week because of school travels. Well, "one" week has turned into "four". *sigh*
It started with a trip to Baltimore to present some of my PhD research at a conference there. Then a crazy week of getting caught up at school before leaving for another week to Wisconsin to collect some DNA samples for a portion of my research. This was my first full week back, and again, more catch up.
I just signed onto Flickr to regrettably retire from the 52 Weeks project ... but couldn't do it! I've been having so much fun with this group and what I have been learning. And I want to do it again next year for Romeo. So it pained me deeply to try and retire ... and in the end I couldn't do it. So here is Gio's submission for this week. Only 10 more weeks left and I WILL finish off his project (with only 4 missing submissions ... not too bad, right??).
Gio here is perched on top of my suitcase, indicating his strong displeasure of me leaving him alone so much lately. I promise, G, no more trips until January!
