Wasp laying an egg

Hello All!

 

I love nature photography because you never know what you will find. I am like a little kid who likes surprises!

 

A few days back I was looking for ripening berries with my macro. As I was shooting some blackberries, the wasp flew in to enjoy the fruit. Suddenly the wasp flew away from the berry and landed on a leaf. Within moments it laid this one egg and then flew away.
