10. Kent County (RI) - Interstate 95
Interstate 95 makes its second appearance on the last, this time toward the northern end of the spectrum. This section of I-95 runs atop Jefferson Boulevard just south of Cranston, Rhode Island, carrying 156,400 cars a day in the process.
The country's smallest state has some big bridge trouble: Rhode Island bridges are 4th worst in the country (including D.C.), with a whopping 21.6 percent considered "structurally deficient". The state is ahead of only Pennsylvania, Oklahoma, and Iowa in terms of bridge condition. Of its 754 bridges, 163 are considered deficient, with Kent and Providence counties serving as home to the top nine worst bridges by traffic volume.
