Sister ship to the 'Empress of Japan' (1891-1922) and the 'Empress of China' (1891-1911). Together they were known as the CPR's White Empress liners.

 

Vancouver to Yokohama: 4,230 nautical miles (7,834 km); 14 days.

 

She later became the SS Loyalty under the ownership of the British Raj (1915-1919).
